DXC PACK is upgrading and building up the Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer(RTO).
So what is RTO?
Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer is to add a regenerative heat exchanger to the thermal oxidation device to preheat the VOC exhaust gas and perform the oxidation reaction.
This is a new type of equipment that removes volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It oxidizes and decomposes organic components into CO2 and water at high temperatures. It uses rotary wings to replace many valves and complex hydraulic equipment in traditional equipment. The organic matter removal rate can reach more than 99%, and the heat recovery rate can reach 95-97%. In the industrial production process, the discharged organic tail gas enters the center of the rotating shaft of the equipment through the induced draft fan, and the inlet gas and the outlet gas are completely separated by the selected rotor. When the gas passes through the structure island porcelain, heat storage and heat exchange occur (the RTO system gas undergoes oxidation in the catalyst area before entering the combustion zone), and the gas enters the combustion zone with the help of the heat generated by VOCs oxidation or the energy of the external fuel to reach the set temperature. The gas comes out of the combustion zone, the heat carried by the gas is released and stored in the heat absorption zone, and the purified gas is discharged through the rotating wing. The system runs continuously and automatically switches between the heat absorption zone and the heat attack zone.
